Welcome to the C&C PD

The Hammers are a group of City-based skinheads who have recently swelled their ranks, recruiting from the remains of groups left directionless by the Major's death in July 2012. They stand out from other neo-nazi groups through their use of a pair of crossed hammers as an insignia, instead of a swastika, and their pro-imPort stance. If power means survival, they feel, then imPorts -- at least, the ones who are useful -- shouldn't be dismissed as useful in reaching their goals. What goals? All the usual racist/homophobic ickiness, and the deconstruction or weakening of the current 'weak' and 'corrupt' government system, so that something 'stronger' (read: fascist) can be put in its place. Pleasant stuff.

They engage in vandalism, hate crimes, drug dealing, and theft, and are very willing to lend their numbers to any nefarious villain who pays well, or lets them be seen. You need minions or goons? Here they be.

From time to time, NPC Crime Syndicates may be created to give the Copcast, "something to do," in the absence of PC villains. They may also be used to further plots, both with the PCs and the NPCs in the City.

Like all City NPC's you are free to mention them within the context of their posted bios, and assume minor altercations/communications. However, if you have a plot that you would like to use them for, we ask that you talk to members of the Copcast first.
