Investigating PC officer(s): Looking!
Date & Time: November 28th, late evening
Location: The apartment of Thomas Blake, then the Xavier Institute
Police response (if any): The incident was never reported until March 8th
Log or post of the incident in question: INCIDENT BEGINS HERE
What happened?: Under the influence of the Black Mist, Hank McCoy assaulted and tortured Thomas Blake before grafting parts of a lion into him.
Resolution: On March 8th, Dr. McCoy publicly confessed to the crime and turned himself over to police custody. He'll be pleading guilty.

Ooh, now this will be interesting! Is Hank's plea going to be made 'under the influence', or after the plot wears off?

The confession was made under the influence of the feelings plot, but I don't see him contesting it once that's worn off.

Off to Superjail after the plea, then?

He'll probably be found not guilty by reason of insanity. For this reason, I'm not sure whether he'll end up with a reduced sentence at Superjail, or be committed.

Given his feelings about NOHoPE, he'd probably prefer Superjail, but I won't rule out the possibility of a transfer in the future.
